Today we announced our $1M seed round led by Y Combinator and Script Capital. This funding accelerates our mission: giving PE firms and corporate development teams access to deal intelligence no one else has.

The Problem

Every PE firm sources from the same databases. PitchBook, CapitalIQ, and traditional deal flow all surface the same targets. By the time a company appears in these systems, dozens of firms are already circling.

The best acquisition targets, companies with quiet motivations to sell or facing operational stress, never make it to public databases. They're hidden in complex data that existing tools can't parse.

Our Solution

We built AI models that find these hidden opportunities. Our technology scans public records, conducts primary research through voice AI, and extracts signals from unstructured datasets.

This reveals a company's true financial position and acquisition readiness months before it becomes public knowledge.

Real examples of what we surface:

  • Supply chain disruptions indicating cash flow stress

  • Key executive departures signaling strategic shifts

  • Regulatory compliance issues creating sale pressure

  • Ownership changes buried in legal filings

Why Now

Our team combines deal expertise with AI capabilities. We have former analysts from top-tier universities and data scientists from Harvard and Lockheed Martin. We understand both what signals matter for deals and how to extract them from messy data.

What's Next

This funding lets us expand our data partnerships and accelerate development of our core intelligence engines. We're adding coverage of new alternative data sources and building more sophisticated models for deal prediction.

Ready to see what deals you're missing?

If you're at a PE firm or corporate development team, we'd like to show you what's possible with better data.
